LoadingA short agreement for a site that currently does one thing: publish. These terms will be rewritten when our authorization is granted.
Medically+ publishes evidence-based educational articles about cross-border healthcare, and runs a newsletter. That is the whole service today.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the appropriate response is to stop using it.
Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a clinical assessment. No article, guide or email creates a doctor-patient relationship between you and Medically+ or anyone associated with it.
We write general information for a general reader. A qualified clinician who has examined you and read your history is the only person who can tell you what applies to your case. The Medical Disclaimer page covers this in full.
Medically+ is completing the USHAŞ Authorization Certificate process required by the Turkish Ministry of Health. Until that certificate is issued we do not, and legally may not, coordinate treatment, arrange consultations, match patients with providers, or act as a health tourism intermediary in any form.
If anyone contacts you offering those services in our name, it is not us. Tell us at medicallyistanbul@gmail.com.
Our position is set out in full on the Regulatory Status page.
Read it, share links to it, print an article for yourself, and take it to an appointment. That is what it is for, and none of it needs our permission.
What you may not do: republish our articles as your own, scrape the site at volume, use it to train a model without asking, attempt to reach parts of the site that are not public, or push automated traffic through the sign-up forms.
The articles, the design and the Medically+ name remain ours.
We write from published clinical evidence and say what we relied on. Evidence moves, and so do we: every article carries a date, and we revise rather than quietly leave things up.
Even so, the content is provided as it is. We do not warrant that every article is complete, current, or applicable to your situation, and we do not guarantee the site is available without interruption.
So far as the law allows, Medically+ is not liable for decisions made on the basis of anything published here, for treatment obtained from any provider, or for loss arising from use of this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not remove the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
We will update this page when the terms change, and change the date at the top. A material change — in particular the one that follows our authorization — will be announced to newsletter subscribers as well.
